Why Love Addict?

I started this blog for several reasons. First, I thought it would be cool to do; although, now as I sit trying to gather my thoughts, it feels as if I am a glutton for punishment since my typing skills are far from stellar ( so please excuse any typos you see). Next, I wanted a way to communicate with my fans (the both of them :) )about my novel, Labor Of Love, and any future projects that I am planning. Finally, I wanted a way to discuss my views about relationship, sex, and dating. I have always been a fan of romance. Real, fiction, perceived...love of any kind fascinates me. Although I will probably lose a couple of cool points for admitting this, when I was a kid I was afraid of the dark. If I couldn't convince my mama to let me go to sleep with the T.V. on, I would close my eyes and make-up stories about growing up and falling in love, getting married, having kids, etc. Sometimes the typical "knight-in-shining armor" fare, but more often they were filled with drama. It was like watching T.V. in my mind. Over the years it has been a technique I've used to put me to sleep on those nights when even the T.V. didn't pacify me. Consequently, I have fallen in love with the idea of falling in love. I can't get enough of it. Thus...LOVE ADDICT!
